Include your order number, and a photo if something arrived damaged or wasn't what you ordered. That usually lets us sort it in one reply instead of three.
The three questions we get most
- Where is my order? Orders are dispatched from a partner warehouse in the United States and most arrive within roughly 10 to 14 days. You'll have had a tracking link when it left. If it has been more than 21 days since dispatch, email us and we'll chase the carrier or replace it. See the shipping policy.
- I want to send it back. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full — no restocking fee, and you don't need to post it back. See the refund policy.
- Will it fit my toothbrush? It takes standard manual brushes and most electric brush heads, two at a time, plus a tube of toothpaste. If yours doesn't fit, that's covered by the 30-day guarantee.
