What it does

  • Cleans with UV-C, not chemicals. The same wavelength used to disinfect drinking water and hospital surfaces. It breaks down bacterial DNA so it can't reproduce, eliminating up to 99.9% of the bacteria that build up on bristles.
  • Keeps the brush covered. Two brush slots behind a closed door, so nothing settles on the bristles between uses.
  • Mounts without drilling. Adhesive backing holds on clean, dry tile, glass, mirror or smooth painted drywall, and comes off without leaving screw holes. Press it on firmly and give the adhesive a day to set before you load it.

Does UV light actually clean a toothbrush?

UV-C light is the same method used to disinfect water and hospital surfaces — it damages the DNA of bacteria so they can't reproduce. It eliminates up to 99.9% of the bacteria that build up on bristles, using light alone. Nothing is sprayed on the brush and nothing is added to what goes in your mouth. It's a household device, not a medical one.

Is it safe to have UV light in my bathroom?

The UV-C lamp only runs inside the closed chamber, with the brushes in it. It shuts off when the unit is opened, so the light never points at you. Keep it out of reach of small children, the same as any small electrical device.

Will it fit my toothbrush?

It takes standard manual brushes and most electric brush heads, up to two at a time, plus a tube of toothpaste. If yours doesn't fit, that's covered by the 30-day guarantee.

Do I need to drill into the wall?
