Refund policy

Brush Guard is sold with a 30-day money-back guarantee. This policy says exactly what that means, so there is nothing to discover after you have paid.

Changed your mind

If the unit is not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will refund you in full to your original payment method. You do not need to give a reason, there is no restocking fee, and we will not argue with you about it.

You do not need to post it back. A toothbrush sanitizer is a personal hygiene item and we cannot resell a returned one, so asking you to pay return shipping on something we would only discard would waste your money as well as your time. Keep it, pass it on, or recycle it.

Damaged, faulty, or the wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. This is not limited to 30 days — a manufacturing fault is a manufacturing fault.

Your order has not arrived

Orders are dispatched from the United States and most arrive within roughly 10 to 14 days. If yours has not arrived 21 days after the dispatch confirmation, contact us and we will chase the carrier, then replace or refund the order if it cannot be located.

How to claim

Email SupportBrushGuard@gmail.com with your order number, and a photo if something arrived damaged. A person reads that inbox and will reply within two business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

The one limit

This guarantee is intended for people deciding whether the product is right for them, and is offered once per customer. We reserve the right to decline repeated claims from the same customer or address where the pattern is plainly abuse rather than a genuine change of mind.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection law that applies where you live. Where that law gives you more than this policy does, that law applies.
