Where we ship from
Brush Guard orders are fulfilled and dispatched from the United States.
How long delivery takes
Once your order has been processed, average shipping time is 8 days. Adding order processing, most customers should expect their order to arrive within roughly 10 to 14 days of placing it.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can take longer during busy periods, over public holidays, or if a parcel is held in transit. We would rather tell you this up front than have it be a surprise.
Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and tracking information once your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking details, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Shipping outside the United States
Because parcels ship from the United States, orders delivered to other countries — including Canada — are treated as international shipments. They may take longer than the estimate above and may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs handling fees charged by your local authorities. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we are unable to replace orders lost because of an address entered incorrectly.
Missing or delayed parcels
If your order has not arrived within 21 days of the dispatch confirmation, please contact us at with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier.
